CONFIDENCE
Confidence is something I like to think is one of the most important and key elements to build yourself and build a better life. Being confident is an amazing feeling because you feel good about yourself. Especially in the world we live in today, people are more competitive, but they often cover it up with confidence because they portray a stronger image than the others. Confidence is easy to build and following this step can truly change your life.
Ever had a haircut and feel great later? The same thing can be applied to build confidence. Having a great haircut and keeping it clean by having a fresh cut every 2 or 3 weeks can really be a good way to look and feel good. Other than that, having a skin routine to take care of your skin can help you radiate positivity which not only boosts your confidence but also make people ask questions about your skin, which is an awesome feeling. Dressing up also can help you boost and build your confidence. For men, a suit is the gentleman’s number one amour. Wearing a suit is incredibly amazing because it looks great and it portrays a person is strong, smart, disciplined, and most importantly confident. For women a beautiful dress and shoes is an immediate confidence booster. According to research, a red dress can boost confidence more than any other color out there because red attracts while giving out a vibe of powerful and independent.
Next is eliminating the negative people who are around you. Negativity can bring you down like its quick sand and its horrible. Negative people can suck confidence away from you and they can be in anywhere in your life and keeping a distance is always a good way to get that confidence up and running. Compliments is next on the line of boosting and building that confidence. Not only receiving compliments from other is amazing and makes your confidence sky rocket but giving compliments does the same thing and it feels great. Here’s the thing, when you receive a compliment you automatically like that person and the same thing is applied when you give compliments to others. This also helps you with developing your people skills leading to confidence and social prowess.
Brain developments surprisingly develops confidence as well. Like feeding your body with the required nutrients to grow stronger and bigger everyday your brain also needs its “food” or in a simple term information. Feeding your brain with knowledge everyday can help you to think better, faster and you’re full of knowledge which helps you to appears yourself as smart and up to date. The brain is like a muscle and the more you use it and fully utilize it the stronger it gets and its easier for you to think better and organize your life better which in the end can build confidence.
Planning your day ahead. Ever had a hectic day where you wake up and rush everything and you forget certain stuff and its tiring and it’s just hard to focus? This can be easily fixed by planning your day out. By planning your day, you have an idea of how your day will go out and this eases you to keep moving forward until the day ends. For example, Conor McGregor once told in an interview that he plans everything in his mind from the moments he wakes up to the moment he walks in the to the moment he fights in the ring. He has everything planned out so that he will have a rough idea of how his day will go out. This gives him confidence to plough through the fight because he has already planned how everything will take place which eases his confidence out and does not show nervousness towards his opponent. This strategy makes him win is fight and hold on to his title of being the notorious. The same can be applied to us in a daily basis, by planning what is going to happen throughout the day we can get the confidence to make it through the day.
Finally, on the list of building confidence is helping people. Helping someone is truly an awesome feeling because you know you did something good and helped someone and make their life easier. Also, it should be a good virtue in life because what goes around comes around. Helping someone by even cheering them up and motivating them is also considered as helping because not only you build confidence but the person you’ve help will feel great, motivated and confident as well.

Confidence is not a magical unicorn which is only gifted to some people, it is gifted to all of us and it’s our part in life to develop, build and grow confidence to make life better. Like I said confidence is the most important key element to build and make yourself a better person. Without confidence, we would go nowhere and would often feel bad about ourselves which can lead to negativity.
